Ecocampor is operated by Guangdong Ecocampor Vehicle Co., Ltd., based in Foshan, Guangdong, China. This website provides product information and enquiry channels. It does not provide customer account registration or online checkout.

Information you provide. When you submit an enquiry or contact us by email, telephone or WhatsApp, we receive the information you choose to share. Business correspondence. We keep information exchanged while discussing specifications, quotations, dealer cooperation and related requests. Please share only information relevant to your enquiry, and provide another person’s details only when you are authorised to do so.

You may browse product information without submitting an enquiry. If you leave out information needed to answer a request, we may need to ask for it before we can help. Please do not send payment card details, identity documents or sensitive personal information through general enquiry forms.

Information needed to answer your enquiry may be handled by Ecocampor personnel responsible for sales, technical review or customer support. Website hosting, email and other service providers may process information as part of delivering the services we use.

We may disclose information to other parties when you request or consent to that disclosure, or where required or authorised by law, including in connection with a lawful request or the protection of legal rights.

Ecocampor operates in China and receives enquiries from overseas customers. Information you submit may therefore be accessed and processed in China. Online service providers may process information in other countries where they operate.
